The undersigned is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 10 years and is an active member of Philippine Association of Real Estate Board, Inc.(PAREB), the Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers, Inc. (PARA) and the Chamber of Real Estate Builders Association, Iligan City Chapter. As a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, she makes analysis of land property, neighbourhoods and surrounding homes and the determination of trends in pricing and value; the dynamics to drive buyers and sellers in the marketplace. Based in Iligan City, she is currently appointed as Court Commissioner for the various trial courts in Iligan City. She also has been appointed as Member of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Committee on Real Estate Valuation for the province of Lanao del Norte. Additionally, she is appointed as Private Sector Representative in various public consultation hearings regarding Evaluation of Market Values of real property. In compliance with the Continuing Education Program demanded by her job, the undersigned attends real estate conventions and technical forums regularly. In particular, the undersigned had just attended the RICS-RISM Asia Valuation Conference 2016 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Also an active member of the Philippine Jaycee Senate and Junior Chamber International-Philippines.
